Evo IX Winter Build... halp pls

have had my IX for about a year and a half now, finally picked up a new Daily (1983 E21 BMW, amazingly rust free and no leaks or burning) so i can play with the Evo for realzies now.

so i saw that my OEM manifold had a hairline crack on the top of it, probably from rain, so i ordered a new STM ported and coated OEM Manifold (i like the stock look)
and then i ordered the manifold to block gasket, and then realized i needed the manifold to turbo gasket so i got that and decided to go ahead and get a new O2 housing gasket and an O2 Housing while im at it (looking for an O2 dump now if anyone has one for sale) so after i bought the Gaskets and Manifold i decided to say ah screw it lets just do it, going for a small bolt on build, not quite busting into the block just yet (74,xxx miles)

so far I have the following

-Mishimoto half rad
-Megan O2 housing
-STM ported and coated OEM exhaust mani
-ETS LICP
-Nisei Short route UICP
-TIAL 50mm BOV (older style, not the Q)
-DIY Relocated the Battery to the Trunk
-T-Bolt clamp set (siliconeintakes.com)
-3" DC sport DP with hight flow cat and 3" DC sport cat back.
-HKS intake pipe/couplers
-AMS SS clutch lines
-SS Braided Brake lines
-Older Shep built trans with Evo 8 3rd and 4th gears
-All solid shifter bushings
-ACT pressure plate and OEM clutch for the time being
-ARP head studs
-Hallman PRO MBC
-AFR and Boost gauges
-Tune on Jan 16 2015

I'd like to get a 3.5" Intercooler, Perrin Foam filter, front engine mount, 800cc injectors and an o2 dump.

may be a few more things i forgot and will add later if i remember

i also have all me trans/transfercase/and diff fluids so i can go ahead an swap around the clutch plates in the diff or just go for the MAXGRIP 12 plate LSD kit.

if anyone has parts for sale, or opinions on build direction, information or just good old experience and wisdom they'd like to pass on please do. my ears are always open and i'll never know everything lol. thanks for your time, i'll add pics later and as the parts roll in.

thats how she sits at the moment, took her for a test drive today, think the spring in my TIAL might be a little too stiff, decent amount of valve flutter in the lower RPMs around 1/4 to 1/2 throttle but in the slightly higher upper end of 1/2 throttle it might flutter a little and then release like its supposed to.
