No heat, and its gonna be -2 tomorrow!!!!

hey guys ill keep this short.

ok went through a car wash a couple nights ago, with the fan running. Picked up some moisture in the fan and the next morning it was -8. no fan. figured it froze. yanked the glove box out and pulled the fan out, there was snow in it and a ton of water. the fan was stuck. i pulled it out and spun it and hooked it up to 12 volts ( car battery ) and it works just fine.

just replaced the blower motor resistor and no change still no fan.
checked several fuses in the engine bay and none of them from what i can tell are shot. tested them with the volt meter and they complete the circut

is there any fuses under the steering wheel that have anything to do with the fan cluster? could the fan knob/ unit be shot? could i of kicked the fuse for the heater/ac control unit.

btw i cant get the a/c button to illuminate in any setting could that be related?

running out of ideas here guys and its FREAKING COLD OUT

how many fuses in the main box and under the steering wheel am i looking at here?

ive searched and found some things but no results yet
thanks for the help

Ended up being a fuse under the darn dash Number 19 in the display on the cover for the fuse panel under there was the one that was fried 30a fuse everything fired right back up again. Wish the diagram was a little clearer on what it was and wish I knew that existed. I thought the only fuses for the fan and ac were in the engine bay. Hope this helps someone in the future save some time and money

Not that bad , it's currently -20 here tonight and with winds it's around -38 That said , i would'nt take the evo out at those temps and it would be impossible to drive it without heat . Glad to see it was only a fuse for you ! Oh and nice to see someone who gets back on here to post the solution .
