Hey guys! I have an 06 mr with a stock turbo and some bolt ons. It is set at 22 lb of boost currently and after I get in it at WOT I notice when I let off a lot of smoke comes out the exhaust. Anyone know why? Help is appreciated.

Boosts fine no problem. Another problem just showed up. After driving normal in any gear, if I put into neutral the rpms drop down to like 500, my oil light flickers and goes away. Feels like it's going to die. Most of the time it does not die but sometimes it does. Oil pressure drops to like 8psi. But driving normal everything is golden, no problems at all.

 

If compression test/plugs are fine then its turbo,pcv system, or valve stem seals. Any smoke right after taking off at idle or on startup?

 

No smoke upon start up or at idle. Only after letting off after under full boost. If anyone has pictures on what to check that would be great. Thank you for y'all's help

 

Try disconnecting the pipe from your valve cover to intake..
