i was referring to your built 8 mod list
.... i think the person who posted that was referring to how much better the 05 and 06's perform compared to the 03/04 evo's due to the hotside and acd. I dont think he had built 03's in mind 
ive seen a few 500+ built 03's on the boards in the past few weeks for around 23 or 24k .... but ideally, an 03 had been around for awhile, been beat on by at least 1 person and hasnt been in the care that you give your car

I'm E-4 (Senior Airman in the USAF) It simply is not possible to own an evo as an E-1 to E-3 unless your married and your wife has a decent job.
I put 10 grand down on mine after I got back from Iraq, I didn't spend anything over there and ate at the dfac all of the time, maybe you want to wait until you get deployed.
