Hello I'm new to this whole car scene as in owning one, not working on them. I'm not a mechanic but am very mechanically inclined. Help all my friends with there vw sti and speed6 but I come from lifted jeeps and and lifted diesels and want to change things up and I am thinking about going to look at a 2008 lancer evolution gsr. My questions are first I heard of turbo issues with upgraded parts and are these reliable cars for daily driving. What years evo is most sought after. Also what makes it an x model and what's the evo 8,9,10 mean years or generations I'm in need of help
