Changed clutch, now sensor failures...

evo 9 MR.
Got a new clutch into it, fired right up, but check engine was on for
p0113 - air intake temperature
p2228 - barametric pressure sensor

car is idling really lean. Boost leak tested to 16psi, didn't find anything.

tried a different working mas air sensor, the codes cleared, but the lean issue stayed the same.

drove the car and got p2195 - o2 bank 1 stuck lean and p0500 speedo sensor failure.

I didn't have my computer with me when I was working on it, so i couldn't run evoscan. I only had the torque app to help me see the sensors.

I'm guessing I pinched a wire harness putting the trans back in, but I don't see anything damaged. This is making me crazy and I need some outside opinions.

I read up on other peoples issues with these codes, but most of those threads turn out to be previous owner was a moron and cut MAF wires and did a crap job repairing them. I don't see anything like that on mine.

This ended up as an unsolved mystery.

I removed the MAF connector. Checked resistance, checked for power, checked for proper ground, came up with nothing.
I connected evoscan and cleared codes. IAT and Barometric pressure were working and correct.
Started the car and everything was running well.
Test drive was good except no speedo yet (p0500). Pulled everything out, tested speedo, 385.6 ohms across sensor. Had 4.9v across speedo connector and good ground. Put it all back together, cleared codes with evoscan. Speedo is now working fine.

Guess I didn't have the plugs in well enough? I don't know. Car is running perfect.
