$8000 to spend what should I do?
OK I have been researching this forum for two weeks and countless hours, so don't tell me to search. Thank you. I have a ix mr. I bought it in 2007, and when it had 10000 miles I put an RRE stealth turbo back exhaust on, and k&N drop in filter. THen I had it ivy tuned. Sean removed a boost feedback line, so it spikes to 1.5 bar and drops to 1.2 at red line. It had 286 Hp and 301 ftlbs on their dyno. I am still on the original clutch, and it does not slip. Now I want more power. It currently has 68000 miles. I daily drive it, and mostly will only use the power for windy mountain raods, and freeway onramp blasts, although the occasional 1/4 mile run with a light street start is not out of the question. What upgrades would be best for a reliable set it and forget it set up. I was thinking about getting an FP green injectors intake fuel pump IC piping, milspec 100 cell cat , and a boost controller plus tune. However my research suggests that maybe I could make a lot more boost with my current turnbo, so I am not sure. Also if I go green is the ball bearing version worth the extra $1500? what will I get?
To some it up. What should I do to maximize performance without a high risk of blowing up my motor? (if your advice is leave it stock please refrain from commenting. same with go to driving school.)
Thank You

def rearrange your diff or upgrade to tre etc. flash the acd aswell. i have the fp green and love it. im at 330 to the wheels and although thats more than enough power for the street. i would like alittle more. im on a conservative tune only pushing 17 psi. e85 would give u alot of hp as long as there are fill up stations near your area. the best thing to do is get a feel for how the car is considering its close to stock then decide if u want more power
Use that $8000 to leverage larger lines of credit from credit unions and banks. With a bit of cash and a strong credit score, you can amass a $50k-$75k line of credit. If you are a disciplined person, and can invest that money in appreciating assets such as real estate, you can increase your returns from 5% (your bank) to 100's% ROI (because it's not your money).
Take it from me. If I could do it over again I'd use my money more wisely. Yeah it's nice to have an 800hp car to drive around but I'm not going to get that 10's of thousands of dollars back. Invest in your future, read up on how you can take advantage of compound interest. Take it for what's worth, it's your future though.

If you like driving in winding roads I'd definitely get some coilovers.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I already specified that I don't need advise not to do it, although I definitely don't need to spend all of it. My wife is in full declutter mode, and I agreed to sell my Pantera if I can spend 1/4 of the money on my evo. I do have investments in stocks and real-estate, and it is not illegal to leverage investments. Just open a TD ameritrade account they let you buy about twice what you have invested. Buy real property with a mortgage and you only need 25%.
As far as goals. I just want more power. I actually a very happy with the handling as is. The MR has a pretty good suspension set up. I will also be running 93 octane.

I will take it to ivytune, and he did say that a lot if people run the green on stock internals.
Are you running a red? It seems like the green can deliver as much power as I would want on stock internals, and most of the dyno results for reds look like I would be giving up a lot of low end torque and daily driveability. A clutch is probably a must.
I'd go with the Red too. If you want more power than that you could look into the FP Zero with supporting mods. I'd go with the Red before the Zero though. You'd be able to purchase more supporting mods with a Red, like ported I/M, T/B, double pumper, injectors, and I/C. That should be good for at least 450 hp.

but with 8,0000.00 e85, fp green and tune. use the rest to maintain...
