Evo 9 Fuel pump problem
So I just bought an evo 9 mr that I plan on upgrading it in the future
. I bought it with boost control, a turbo back exhaust, and a ac delete.
I was planning on starting by buying a walbro fuel pump before I did anything but I figured since the car was already lightly modified i'd check to see if it already had an aftermarket fuel pump on it before I bought one.
It turns out it already had a walbro 255 in it
. But when I was pulling the fuel pump itself out both the black and the blue wires came out of the connector and I wasn't sure which way they went back in so I looked up a picture online and I put it back together the way I saw in the picture and tried starting the car and it cranks but wont start. I listened to hear if the fuel pump even comes on an I hear nothing. So I took it back out it swapped the wires in the connector and I still have the same problem
.
Ive tried searching and I cant find anyone with a similar problem someone please help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
