engine code Po300
So I have a 03 gsr, got the same code before, so I had the dealer where I bought the car from do the spark plugs, cables & coils,
Car passed inspection, but turned on once again, car drives great, only boogs out while in full throttle boost,

It's a common "issue" on my 03 but it didn't affect my car's performance. The code routine could be turned off in the ECU.
If it's bogging on WOT you got other/real issues. Gap your plugs down to 0.020" and try again.
