Replaced Plugs now po300 code

I just replaced plugs with ngkbr7ix I know there the iriduims i think i may have the #st here wrong anyhow. I have never had the misfire code. I did not gap the plugs b/ it says not to. Im currently @ 320whp. Funny thing is my code came on when i had been sitting in a parking lot for an hour idling. NO poblems throughout the powerband maybe just idling after so long caused this.

It's an 03...its bound to happen...search on p0300...its virtually un-fixable. Even after dealer reflashes, problem will still persist. Sorry man, don't mean to be the negative one. For some it gives no problems whatsoever...for me, it made the car virtually un-driveable after awhile because of sputtering and severe random lean conditions. I am now an AEM EMS man because of it....which is nice, don't get me wrong

I've never had those problems on either Works or Turbo Trix flashes in my 03'... You might want to look into a flash if your problem persists.

First though, I'd check the gap on the plugs... it doesn't matter if "those plugs are not supposed to be gapped". If they are not gapped low enough, they are not gapped low enough. Just don't screw them up.

I got the PO300 Code after installing BR8ES plugs in my car. I tightened the gap to 0.024 and haven't had the problem since.

BPR7EIX - P = Projected insulator = Same as stock
BR7EIX - Non projected insulator = a little bit colder, like a 7.5 - Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm with NGKBPR7EIX without any problem.

BTW, give a try to the NGKBPR8EIX since you have more than 70 crank hp over stock.
