Man, I got mine for 35K right now, I'm original owner, 27,xxx original miles, modded right and professionally, garaged since day one, I've already turned down a 25K offer, threw it on ebay just to see what it would bring and the bid got up to 23,xxx, the way I see it, it's a sellers market especially with the IX, only one year for the U.S. and now with mitsu discontinuing the Evo line altogether....well supply and demand, the demand is there for these and the supply is only dwindling as more people wreck, blow up, or whatever else to their evo. If yours is as clean as you describe, I wouldn't even consider anything less than 30K, but I don't know your situation, if you need to sell or not, for me, I own my Evo, and don't need to sell, I'll keep it if I don't get what I want, simple as that. GL, whatever you do.

To a point. A reasonable point, that is.

Most Evo IX sellers want/need the money for something else (like a down payment on a house). There are deals out there. $35K for a IX with ~30k miles is not a deal.

I am in the same position as you OP, except I have 88K miles on the clock. I don't drive the car much at all, only once every few weeks to keep the battery from dying.
I don't have an urgent need for the money, but when/if it sells, I will be getting another car to replace it. I will be pricing it right under $25K and see where that takes me.

Edit: I think it would be reasonable for you to set the starting price around 27-29K and see if there is any interest at that price point.

Of course, but I'm not one of those sellers, don't need to sell, not trying to get out of a fat car payment (since I own it) not even sure if I do want to sell. Anything is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Willing to bet, there's not too many original owner IX's left with less than 30K miles.
