You dismount and reuse the bumper reinforcement from your USDM bumper and install with a rivet gun. With regard to the rear bumper beam you can either modify the original - shorten the mounts and reweld - there is thread on this with detailed instructions, buy an aftermarket rear bumper beam or leave it out altogether.

I can't weld. How much do you think a shop would charge to do the whole crash beam conversion?

And do you know of anyone that could do it for me?

Definitely know a good welder. Hes making me a custom intercooler with piping. Everything he welds in shop.

I know a place that dose about 30$ per bracket so you looking about 60$ but that's in NY I don't know where you live
