I just don't get it!
So I just did my head gasket and everything was great! And still is! BUT now that the temperature dropped of course I get my e85 smoke BUT (again) now I get a good amount of smoke and idk if it's my tune cause it's having a hard time staying on so idk of its dumping fuel or it's a coolant problem cause my heat isn't as strong and I wonder if it's my turbo!

If your heater isn't blowing as hot as it was before then there might be a little air left in your coolant system. This isn't the reason your car is stumbling and trying to turn off.
When it gets colder it takes my engine longer on E85 to warm up. That's just part of the cooling nature of E85 and the richness of it's tuning.
When you changed the head gasket, did you use the right torque pattern and did you increment the torque on each head stud little by little using oil? Torque all in sequence to 40lb then 60lb and finally 80lb.
I doubt that it's the turbo. Are you losing coolant or oil at a higher rate than normal?
Finally, does the car drive fine after it's fully warm and under boost ?
Timing set perfect? IX Mivec gear can make things difficult sometimes.

Not losing oil or coolant and I know for sure I did the sequence right. Now thinking about it, I forgotten how long it really takes to warm up the motor and me having a huge mishimoto radiator isn't helping either lol! Haven't had the set up in the winter before! But when I'm at a light and I take off its a lik thicker than usual so I'm guessing it's dumping fuel trying to keep it running?
