I don't think you need a restrictor on a jb turbo. I ran 60k miles on my green teed off the oil pressure sensor

Whats your oil pressure? On my 2g 4g64 no balance shafts its 90 psi cold start up 50-60 psi at cruising speed at normal operating temp and 14-20 psi at idle.
