Sounds like a failing cas or cam sensor. Which both effect ignition and fuel.

just throwing out a possibility based on experience. My car had similar symptoms and it turned out to be a failing omni 4 bar. If your car is running one as well, maybe try swapping it out with a friend or buy a new one

Check the fuel pump again. The hose that goes the "h" pattern siphon could be disconnected. I just remember this happened to me years ago.

This just happened to me also. My car was hesitating at cruise speeds and would idle really rich, all at very random times and sometimes at the most inconvenient times. Tried so many different things in my tune and even swapped out injectors thinking they were faulty. Nothing helped. The last straw was when my car left me stranded in the middle of rush hour traffic. I finally replaced the Omni 4 bar sensor and what do you know.... car now runs like a champ.
