It has the number of vortex generators to match the version of the car. So as Evo's evolve into the future you can just count the number of v.g.'s to determine what version it was... Obviously that is a Evo 8, with 4 one one side of the antenea and 4 on the other.. heh.

It's been confirmed by Mitsu U.S. chief Finbarr O'Neill him self that the EVO MR will be here by fall to take on the STi Spec-C.. With 6-spd, active center diff, better medium-to-high -rpm power and "substantial" weight reductions by using aluminum wherever possible. Price starting around $31k before dearler markup

Whats so bad about that price... that is an INCREDIBLE price i think, unless you are referring to the dealer markup thing which does suck.

Well, the doc may be poorly written, but it is better than nothing. I signed. I have also heard that the MR is heading our way this Fall. That Speed magazine, what is it? A road and track special or a new mag? I want to find a copy.

Yes "Speed" magazine is a spin off from Road and Track and will stick to mainly performance cars.

I signed. Oh and BTW, if the 0-60 and handling specs are accurate, screw the R34!!! (Wow, I NEVER thought I would say that...scary, I must REALLY want an MR)

I now own a MR.

Hi Gents,
I left Japan a few months ago and sold my evo 7 then. Now I am back in HK and just bought a MR GSR. It's Silver (but they call it Purple) Well, I haven't driven anywhere fast enough to be able to tell the difference... but will try to do so after I break it in. Now, it has 300 KM on it.
I will post some pictures soon.....
