What about people who drive with their lights on during the day?

Now thats what I call a good solution.

When you say you raised them, do you mean beyond the range the stock adjuster allows or just using the stock in-cabin adjuster?

The evo has to have the brightest high beams of any car i've ever seen. They literally pierce the blackness of night.

I was driving the other day and i saw a fellow evo owner driving. New plates, never seen this guy before. He gets behind me and turns on his high beams and leaves them on then stays behind me in whatever lane I went in to. That felt really good....

I don't mind that. My beef with the fog lights is that they are not focused like your traditional lights are; fog lights are big conical beams that blind oncoming drivers. Traditional beams are targeted so as NOT to blind oncoming drivers. Does that make sense?

The Evo foglights dont blind oncoming drivers at all. The reflect really low. Even when I'm on the canyon and someone behind me goes over the crest with me only their high beams blind me.

Maybe the aftermarket PIAA,CATZ,etc fog lamps are a bit distracting/blinding; but almost all the stock fog lamps Ive seen are either not very bright or are really low to the ground.

My 2 cents

BTW waz up Rob, glad to see you are taking care of your evo and haven't gotton into any trouble yet (cops, light poles, getting t-boned, drifting off the side of a mountain, etc )

Maybe I'm just oversensitive.

I still find it annoying. It's like 2 cars in one place coming at you. SUV's and most of the newer Subie's bother me as well. They have those HUGE lamps on the front bottom corners. What's the point of using them on clear nights anyways? I have them on my car, and when I've turned them on, they've only illuminated the ground IMMEDIATELY in front of my car - kind of pointless because by then it's too late to do anything about it.
