Rally build?

Any rally builds on here? Looking to do some rally cross next summer and id like to start gathering a parts list. Suspension, wheels and tires?

My advice if you want to start rallycrossing
is don't use your evo. Go buy a rwd car like a manual e36 era 3 series bmw for cheap and put some gravel tires on it.

Rallycross is super abusive on cars and you'll likely trailer home a busted up car fairly often. I'd do it with something you can break and beat up and not care.

Do we have the same definition of rally cross? Essentially autocross on dirt is what im referring too. From what i understand and have seen its nothing too crazy local to me

That would be the sort I'm referring to. Cones in a dirt field. Usually gets rutted up and becomes pretty rough. Bumpers get torn off, oil pans get punctured, suspension gets bent, tires de-bead, overheating happens.

"nothing too crazy" is what most people that have never done that describe it as, then they end up torn bumpers, a blown steering rack, etc. It's more hard on the vehicle than you think.
