Just wanted to say hi i have been a long fan of the Evo 8 and i finally got one today no pics yet i pick it up Monday night little about the car it's a 2004 it is clean inside out looks like it was a garage queen. has a full exhaust and a few other goodies it has been tuned have the papers for it it does have 94K miles on it but clean title 2 owners previous..

Had a mechanic check it out and he said it is a sound car i am finally moving on from the subaru game going from my 06WRX then to my built 05 STI and now the EVO this thing smokes my STI that has a built motor in it it's a neck breaker just wanted to say hi and glad to be part of the group hope i can eventually meet up with some other guys for a meet some time

 

Congrats & welcome aboard. Youll love the iron block (thats what sold me over the complexity of the STI engine)

 

Trust me i hate working on my STI doing the spark plugs is a half day job but ill always love my subarus just after 10 years it was time for something different
