Hello, so i recently purchased my very first RHD Evo 4, it has a few issues and one of them being the power windows go up and down fine when you go only 3/4 down, but if you roll them all the way down and try to put them back up, the window goes up about an inch then back down. Its only the front windows though, the rears work fine. Anyone know what this could be?

no, nothings binding up. its electrical, im thinking a relay maybe?
