Pending recalls for K members
Giving this a little bit of a bump. I discovered yesterday that the bolt for the front LCA mount is completely loose due to failure of the welded nut behind the mount, which is surely because of rust. The bolt spins, but doesn't come out or tighten, so I know it's the nut. The mount moves in and out, video: https://www.reddit.com/r/MitsubishiE...ubframe_recall
I had the dealership check the subframe when this was originally done and they did not replace it but I feel like it should be replaced because it literally failed due to rust. Does anyone think I'll have luck at the dealership, even though it seems the rest of the crossmember seems to only have surface rust?

Here is a video of my experience with the recall.
Well dang
Looking back on this issue, a recall should have been made on the Endeavors. Just recently purchased a 2004 and the rear k frame cross member, and rear upper control arms rusted completely through and broke. The fun part is getting someone to deliver the parts way back on top of a mountain in a national forest so I can fix it and eventually get out of these woods I've been broke down in for a couple weeks now, at least it's beautiful and peaceful.
