Oil pan

I have a 2.3 stroker evo 8 with a bigger oil pan. When I check the oil when the car is cold the oil level is below the mark on the dipstick. If i change my oil should it be on the mark on the dipstick?

Sounds like a question for the engine builder. Which pan was used? Is this an English Racing motor?

Regardless of what oil pan is on the car, the oil should reach the "full" mark on the dip stick.

Thats a good tip Sean. Doesnt matter which oil pan, as the stick marks show what the engine needs
