Doing maintenance need advice

My evo 8 has about 177k was going to replace the water pump n timing belt wanted some advice should I replace the oil pump or just the seal for now. going to possibly be rebuilding the engine later on this year also was going to replace the tensioner,idler pulley,balancer,balance belt,Timinig belt

water pump and oil pump can stay unless they are leaking.

Ok looking Also to replace the clutch starting to slip not gonna do anything performance for awhile so would you recommend a act clutch disc and an exedy pressure plate I've read something about to much bite on a stock motor

I would just buy a stock clutch since you don't plan on modding it right away.

You don't want some race clutch put on a relatively stock car.

You should keep act with act and exedy with exedy for quality purposes.

Slap a act hdss in it and you will be ok for a while.

Your gonna eat a stock clutch
