Just off the top of my head, so I might be really wrong:
Idle: 10-15 when warmed up, more like 20 when the car is cold
Cruising: something like 70
WOT: more like 80
I can pay attention next time I get in the car but that's the best I can remember.
Also your oil weight can affect this.
