Lifter and valve questions

Hello everyone,
Could deleting the balance shafts increase oil pressure and cause the lifter to over extend? the head has all GSC product except the HLA and the lifters those are oem.

no, lifters can only pump up so far. even with higher pressure it will not affect anything. the valve springs keep it in check

Ok then why would they keep my valves open after they pump up? That's what's confusing me thanks.
