Is the problem a bad clutch?

Hey EvoM. On my way home from the gym this morning I was sitting in my car warming it up. I had the clutch in for about 3 seconds in first as I was getting ready to take off. I noticed that the car started moving forward/bogging in 1st even though the clutch was depressed all the way in. I pulled it out of gear easily and the car was fine. When I do push the clutch in RPM's stay the same(some people with crank I guess get a significant drop in RPMs?). Car is a 06 evo ix built 2.0 from English Racing with a 6466/e85 mini battery. Clutch is an Exedy triple disc. Stock trans and xfer case. This happens every now and then but I just cant figure out what the problem is... Sensor of some sort? I did replace my slave cylinder line with a stainless steel one. Maybe I didn't bleed it completely? There's also a nob/clutch controller under my pedal, is it just adjusted wrong? I did make it home without a problem. My third gear does have a nasty grind to it, could my trans be going bad? Throw out bearing?

Looking forward to responses and I'll keep everyone posted on what I find out.

I would bleed the clutch system again to be 100% sure there is no air. May just need a slight clutch adjustment, the writeup is online

Also, do a thorough visual inspection of every component in the clutch system. My clutch pedal mounting bracket was broken and was causing intermittent gear lockout. Sometimes it shifted perfect, other times I couldn't shift over 5000rpm. Just check over everything and make sure nothing stupid happened.

^ Hmm, how did you determine there was a problem with the bracket? Just clearly broken or did it move a certain way?

Well, the clutch was obviously dragging a bit. With all the parts that are in a triple this doesn''t surprise me - lots of things to warp a little.
