It'll be your fuel pressure.

As always with a swapped pump.

That made me crack up, thanks for that.
Now, I am told that fuel pressure was checked while on Dyno, and I feel that would be something readily apparent, no?

Put it back to stock and see if it can be tuned. Then re-add mods in stages.

Yes, that's what you do when you get completely stuck.

Mods should be done one at a time, check for errors after each mod.

So .......there's no fuel pressure gauge.
Need to fit one?

With more than one mod, there's always more than just one thing wrong.
Much more.

So, in response to the mods:
The cams were done first. I think everything went fine with that.
**** really hit the fan when the fuel pump and intake were installed actually. Prior to the cams, I put the intake on and it ran FINE alone. Then installed cams, alone, and they seemed fine (except for rough idle, but the car seemed okay).

I will install a AFPR gauge this week to check for that side.
Worst case, Ill take it back to stock, but my concern is that then
I may just have a stock car with the same issues... the behavior makes no sense. I don't understand why only 20% of the power is available.

Well heres my silly response but what about the throttle position sensor? Maybe if it aint reading right it wont let it go to 100% power on the map for failsafe??

Thats not silly at all!!! I had the same thought!! Especially since that got touched while doing cams. I think I'm going to start there. Picking it up tomorrow and starting diagntocis this week. Ideally I'd like to test it before I just grab another they seem pricey

What do you mean the map is only showing 20%? You mean you are not able to go over a certain load?

You said you fuel pressure was checked? Maybe the pump is not sealed properly in the hanger and is unable to keep up with demand. Did you install the pump with the install kit, or just reused everything from the stock pump?

I have not been able to fully grasp the explanation given by tuner. My understanding is that when at WOT or really laying on it, it hits what appears as fuel cut. I'm going to pick it up in an hour and drive it home, I'll report back what it feels like when driving
