Quote: Can't tell much from those logs because no wideband.

Timing looks decent at WOT. Trims are bad overall. Knock at WOT doesn't seem so bad.

What does the car run AFR at WOT?

Here are your WOT logs uploaded to Datazap:

crap I didn't even realize. Thought I had it logging for that. I'm at work I'll head back out on break and run em again

Did the problems start after the switch to SD?

Since everything was basically done at the same time, The technical answer is yes, but all of this started at the same time so I can't pinpoint it.

Ive noticed if I go over a bump now, the whole car stutters/bucks/ whatever. Like when you first started to learn to drive stick and you almost stall out then catch it. Boost leak test was performed otherwise I'd suggest that. There is definitely something off there too.

Boost is definitely throttled and AFR is about 10-11 at wot, then goes lean (aem gauge won't even read it ). It's all over the place. I'm gonna pull the actual map and see what's going on in there.

The rattle continues to get louder and there is a pretty loud drone at WOT now. Doesn't sound like tcase death whine but who knows.

Jinx Brian! You owe me a lol.

Did the issued occur using the MAF? I ask because you posted the intake is still installed. Have you tried going back to the MAF to see if it helps?

I'll take the intake off and throw on the original....silly question but with it tuned for the intake and sd can I just reconnect the wire and disconnect the Omni?

Dude. You need to take this car back to the shop that ****ed it up. You should not be having issues like this with any kind of work done to a car.

Cant take it back. They told me to come get it. They aren't interested in finding out what's wrong.
Again, there is definitely something mechanical but also tune related.
I can hear the damn fuel pump whining now too....
All of this just makes me even more wary to take it somewhere else.
Whatever is going on I have to assume is a preexisting condition that was there and just happened to go while at the dyno I guess

Maybe I missed something reading through this thread - just to clarify, you brought your car running perfectly fine on MAF with your new parts to their shop to tune it on SD. The end result is that it now runs like absolute **** and has a few new problems to boot?

And you paid them money for this? You absolutely have recourse. In this case a chargeback, no?

It might be worth the cost to ship it to English Racing to have them sort it all out. They are some troubleshooting wizards. https://englishracing.net/

If I were you, I would take it to STM and have them put it back to stock. You are going to rack up hourly charges to have them try to track down the issue(s).

You need to take it somewhere that is going to look closer at it. Fuel trims are WAY off in the datalogs you posted. And the car should not be making clunking/rattling noises.
