Car can't be tune, and not making power. Reaching out to community for help
Yeah that seems to be the general consensus online.
I got a great deal on them so I jumped on them. In retrospect, they don't seem that great, as I've lost a lot of the low end. I also think it was these cams that confused my tuner last, he thought they were the PRO cams, not poncams, so I'm sure that plays into it. Had to explain the difference, which was a little scary. Feel like you shouldn't have to do that lol 😂
And yeah the R32 is my buddy Brads, he just got it straight from Japan. It's really nice
The two R35s were nice too; both making upwards of 600-1000 HP respectively.

If I understand correct its like getting the GSC "R" series cam instead of the S
Check base timing with a timing light. Lock the timing map into 5* advanced and check timing. Improperly made cams can throw off base timing. Which will make the car run poorly.
Not sure what is meant by an "old" version of SD. SD is largely unchanged since it came out on Tephra V5.

After checking more into the rom, I realized that "No lift to ****" is turned on in the rom. Would have been great if xx had told me about this. I think this explains a lot of the issues I was having ****ting. I feel like this, among other things, should have *probably* been told to me so I didn't have to learn them on my own. Another thing is how the shift points have completely switched.
Another shop in the area states that the Rom is tuned on old, outdated speed density. They seem to think that might be part of the issue.
Again, rather than have a bunch of people pick apart the car with what they think is wrong, I'm taking it back to stock.
Just have to find the time and patience to do it, I'm concerned that timing might be messed up so I may just do the whole timing belt change (about 20,000 miles too early) when removing the cams.

Im leaning toward a bad tps sensor or one that isnt adjusted ptoperly. What does the tps read at idle? Also the fuel trims are -12.5 which is tune related. There is probably morr then 1 issue here.
