Car can't be tune, and not making power. Reaching out to community for help
Update: after months and months of searchig and tryig to find help, I've still been unable to find a tuner that can solve this issue. The tuner who originally worked on the car retired. Since then Ive been in contact with a few others, including two very well spoken for tuners on these boards. One stopped responding to emails, the other has ripped me off and completely stopped all contact with me (ordered parts from them per their instructions, that was well over a month ago and they refuse to communicate with me anymore) so I'm most likely out that money. Did I get into the Evo game too late? Or is it just that I'm not interested in spending huge amounts of money that they wont get back to me? I've lost all interest in this car, and nobody wants to buy it since we don't know what's wrong with it. It's one of the worst feelings in the world when you are just ignorant on something and nobody can help. I'll post an update whenever something new happens

1 step at a time.
Maybe it's time to take it to a tuner so someone can see the car in person. CBRD and STM are close-ish to Cleveland.
Sometimes it's hard to diagnose a car over the Internet.
Also, you should speak to EvoM staff about the vendor you think ripped you off. They don't look kindly on members getting the short straw.
