New into Evo 8 Help to achieve 400-450RWHP

Hey guys, I’m new into Evo’s I’ve been driving my Evo 8 for a little over 6 months and wanted to start adding some mods into it to gain more HP, is a daily car and my goal is to get around 400 to 450HP max to the wheels, in my country fuel is pretty bad “90-95 Octane” and I don’t want to mess with Meth nor NOS, please let me know what’s the best setup to get there?

Current Mods:
Mishimoto Intercooler and Pipes
Mishimoto Radiator and Pipes
Mishimoto Oil Cooler Kit
3-inch Exhaust pipe from the Manifold to the backend.
3-inch AEM intake pipe
HKS Blow of valve
Wideband
AEM Boost gauges
ACT Clutch Stage 4
Manual Boost Controller

Parts not installed Yet:
Tomei PROCAM 270 -10.7MM Intake and 270-10.2mm Exhaust.
Tomei Retainer and Valve Springs
Tomei Cam gears

I was thinking to go for an Evo 9 MR turbo but not sure if that's a waste of money and time for my project?

Thanks for your advice

Injectors, fuel pump, twin disk, turbo upgrade and a tune to support the mods should do.

my car makes 406 wheel with 255 fuel pump, 1000 cc precision injectors, fp red turbo, ETS intercooler kit, full exhaust and a good tune from English Racing. The tune is the most important part imo. If u don't have a trustworthy place to take it for a good tune I wouldn't even bother buying any parts.
