Evo 8 3k rpm wheeze?

So recently I have notice my car is making a different noise....When doing a pull at or near full throttle my turbo begins to spool and you can hear is sucking in additional air, then at 3000-3200 rpm is sounds like its wheezing?

I thought maybe it was a boost leak, but I redid all the couplers.... any else have this sort of problem? vacuum leak maybe? it does not make this noise in neutral, only while driving...

stock block
stock turbo
stock intake
stock intercooler
56xxx miles

Here is a quick video I made of the issue.. I think?

IMO you can clearly here the spool start around 3k .. and upon entering 4k rpm is sounds like it is wheezing?

Should the shaft have any play at all? or just be solid. when I move it with some force it moves just a very little bit...

When i spin it with my hand it does not hit the compressor housing.

Pull enough timing out of a turbo charged car and it will bleat like a goat. That's not what I hear here. It sounds like a simple air leak.

A tiny bit up/down movement is normal play. Have you also checked for in-out movement ?

BOV looks fine, found 1 stripped Exhaust manifold bolt... Number 2 on the bottom row. Hope that fixes the issues once repaired.
