Those 6 speed LS1s have a mythical 3rd gear. Honestly. They pull like a raped ape in 3rd, even my S/C Mustang had problems with modded LS1s from a 3rd roll. They also run low 13s at around 106 - 108. So, if you can in fact keep up with him then you probably also have the fastest street driven Lancer in the world. Honestly, neither are probably true.

 

WS6's are WS6's from Pontiac, SLP is where T/A's become Firehawks. SLP does make Z-28's in SS's tho
