I love my evo more now than the day I bought it.

Looked at a G35C, tooo much to make so little. Hated the STI's personality. Only regret not buying the EVO 1 year ago instead of 1 month ago.

Sounds like you have regrets about living in LA.

Hehe, no regrets on getting one, this car just keeps amazing me...

I just wish I could get rid of the little imp that keeps popping up on my shoulder every time I drive it saying "aww, c'mon man, you're not even pushing this thing yet ... that last turn was downright blasphemous ... faster ... faaaaster!!!"

I go back and forth...and I probably will until I can afford/justify a GT2

I can say that anytime I drive it I do not regret it. Once I get around to putting cams in I think i'll be happier.

remorse

No remorse or regret, except i hate when teenagers stare at my car with their jaws dropped. Car is a little bumpy, wouldn't want to use it to impress a first date. Good thing I already have a gf. One thing i miss though is my 98 eclipse turbo with an 18g turbo. It was FWD and you could just feel the power come on like a jolt. the evo is a lot smoother powerband. Oh yeah sometimes i do drool at g35 coupes put i couldn't stand owning a car so similar to the 350z. I hate that car.

i regreted buying my STI after i saw all the engines popping at just 300 whp. Then found the factory Eearly Detention was a nice surpise and that the turbo is all but maxed on it but it did have cool guages. I gladly traded it for my evo and i here ppl on here cry about clutches and transfer cases hell thats better then the engine i think.

Stage 4 wrx sold for STI traded for EVO
