Hi guys I have a Evo IV which I had replaced a IACV last night.
The car ran mint when I changed the IACV and I took it for a drive.
Under boost the car made a loud POP or BANG noise and lost power, I knew straight away one of the intercooler piping came off and I had to pretty much limp the car home maybe about 1km.
I found the pipe which had come off and we secured it with a new hoseclamp.

But when we had gone to start the car after securing the pipe, the car had a very hard time trying to start and made big loud pop/bang noise out the exhaust while cranking
Could this be another vac leak ?
any ideas would be appreciated
