EVO 9 cranking but not starting

Whats up guys currently having some trouble with my evo
I have it in a garage stored for like 4 month with battery pulled. Last week i install my new straight pipe and down pipe. I went ahead and tried to start it and it was just cranking but not starting. It was running prior to storing for such a long time.

I tried to troubleshoot last week but fell short because I left my multimeter at a job site.

TomorroW since I have Thanksgiving off from work I will be back at it.

Here what I know:

I am getting fuel pressure (since I have my multimeter now i will check to make sure I'm fuel injectors are getting signal to fire.)

I checked for spark and none of my spark plugs are getting spark (i figured this is weird because typically not all go bad, tomorrow I will test coil packs)

Relays and fuses, I decided to check all ignition fuses and fuel fuses all seem to look good. (I will check my relays tomorrow)

Now I know my Crank position sensor can cause my fuel injectors not to fire and my spark to go bye bye. But this will be my final check.

Anything else I should look for that I haven't covered?
Also no CEL codes
Thanks for the help and knowledge.
