Evo 9 with 29k miles bought new battery but nothing is turning on still

Clean =/= has power. Test for power at the 3 white wires on the fuse box there. You should have battery voltage there. That's the main power feed from the battery into the fuse box.

Thank you everyone for your help I did just about everything checked all the grounds and I've never been so happy to be the stupidest guy of the day. There's 3 cables that lead to the postive on the battery and I only had 2 attached to the postive. I feel so dumb but so happy.

Glad you got it fixed. Great learning experience you wont forget haha. With some simple tools, and following the basics, you can do quite a bit of troubleshooting.
