Here are some pics of the RS that a member of my Lancer club bought today.






It was interesting. The same but very different. No center console armrest no radio, brace in the trunk by the spare. Only RS badge I could find was on the mats.

Wing make a minute(SP) 2 pound difference, not worth it unless your just into autocross. Sweet car, I would still rather have normal evo though.

 

why do you perfer the normal evo.

This guy has plans for this car. It will not be a normal daily driver.

Price, not sure. Stickers around 27,400, think he paid high 26's.

 

for being a new car that is a good price.

 

Funny thing is... I want an Evo VIII high spoiler for my Ralliart yet I think his Evo RS looks bad *** without one at all.

It has a real "sleeper" look to it when you see it in person. Great car IMO.

 

So what is the chance of getting a red RS with the urban package(if there is such a thing), I would like power windows, locks and painted mirrors/handles. If not it will be a black 03/04 with no roof and a low wing to replace the race car.

 

As far as I know the Urban Jungle package is done.

 

i agree with DMEL - its an awesome sleeper car, i love it and still think it looks pretty bad-*** with or without the wing, i myself prefer it, but still looks bad *** without it.

What do you mean done? Are they available?

 

Can you find out the build date of the car? I wonder if they've been sitting overseas for a while or not.

 

Looks sweet and very much clean. I even noticed there were no rear wiper. If only there were no rear wiper on our regular Evo, I woulda take my wing off and look much better.

 

that car would be a awesome track car. That thing would suck as a daily driver.
