Evo paint problems

Ok guy's I'm wondering if any one else has this problem with there evo. My dealer says they will repair it. But all of the other chips on the out side of the car like by the back doors they said they would cover it under warenty. This sucks. How come they can cover one paint issue and not the other's. Don't get me wrong I love my Evo. But the paint on these things suck.
So back to my orignal question does anyone else have the paint issues inside there trunk where the trunk lid rubber bumbers touch the water channel ?(my paint is rubbing off and starting to rust) or is it just mine?

I had paint issues with one of my lancers. I never worried about it because it was at the bottom of the dorr jam and I wrecked that lancer but they told me they would have covered it. When I got my second Lancer and Evo and I've never seen this issue since I think it was just a fluk.

Amen brother. I just washed my 600 mile 2004 White Evo for the first time today and the paint is absolutely crappy. I better not have any problems keeping up with this paint in the future.

just a little something I noticed why is it most of the 2003's with paint issues? I'm not sure about the other years. After I put my C-west or Gallia body kit on mine I'm going to go to a guy I know and repaint mine for about $1,500. And I know this paint will take a beating. He painted my last car and I think I had one chip in 40,000 miles.

Is the paint problem an issue with the 04's? Curious because if it is, it will probably be hte same with the 05's...So im gonna have to go find someone who can match the Gray charcole color and repaint it
