Hey was wondering if anyone knew how to get a hold of them other then the normal means of e-mail and calling? I placed 2 orders with them and still have not received the products (1 was shipped and the other is on hold). I'm just looking to get a status and have e-mailed them twice and left repeated voicemails. Any info would be a great help. Thanks.

Lancershop is good to deal with. They sent me a Walbro 255 for a 95-99 DSM and when they got my e-mail they sent it out the next day with my word that I'd ship the wrong one back.

I'm sure your parts will be there, just be patient.

 

I just got some gauges and a fuel pump. I have orderd from there several times with no prob. Just call and don't put in an ext #- just wait for another rep...

 

Thanks guys. Yeah I finally got ahold of them today and they did mess up the order but they fixed it and I will have it tomorrow. They are great people to deal with and will be dealing with them alot in the future.

Hey....that reminds me. I forgot to get my $8.00 back from them for shipping cost for the pump I sent back to them.

 

i had the same problem got one order no response on the second for weeks you have to email some masterminds @yahoo somthing like that it was on there paypal info that was the only way i got a response good luck

 

Geez, it's been nearly a month and a half and I'm still waiting on a refund for them. Nobody wants to return my calls.

 

i have never had a problem with them. Chris is a great guy, he always matches other vendor prices and ships that day if i call early enough. i only buy from them!!

When you call ask for chris, he will get it done!!!

 

i have the same problem too, place an order with them on multiple parts on 6/20 and till today i m still waiting for my LC shortshifter and metal bushing. i tried emailing them many times and got no respond. will try to call them today b4 i call my credit card company to dispute the entire order.

 

i have also ordered from there many times with no problems everything shipped within two days.

 

Chris/Justin are great guys and will take care of you. Give them a call up and explain what's wrong . Never had a problem with lancershop and i've bought a good 90% of my stuff from them!
