Thanks for the info guys, and I have seen some of the old posts regarding this since I usually cruise this site almost daily. I think I am going to stick with the factory synthetic for the break in and continue doing my own oil changes every 3500 miles with Mobile 1 synthetic. I am going to stick to what has worked for me before. And regarding the new EVO, I am not much of a stereo guy, but I love the leather Recaros. Makes the car look a lot more sophisticated. Now all I need are some 18" wheels and a 1" drop. It will probably have to wait till I finish my MBA.

Hey Neonsalamander, I guess you are the guy who was supposed to go to the dry lake bed with us? Maybe we can still do that at the end of this year or next spring.
