Question turbo timer and warranty

Hey sup guys, just need some suggestions on this cause my dealer is certainly NOT helping.

I am thinking about getting a turbo timer (those that let the engine run so i dont have to wait in the car everytime for the turbo to spool down).

Anyways, i called up my dealer's service department and asked about if that will void warranty, and I explained that its not a boost controller blah blah, its just a electrical thing that keep the engine running for a set e.g. 2 min so i dont have to wait everytim........but guess what HE WAS freaking annoyed and gave me this YES ANYTHING YOU INSTALL COULD VOID WARRANTY thing and hang up..... uhh..

so..anyone know if a turbo timer will void warranty?? cause I just got my car and don't feel like void the warranty just yet

Thanks a lot,
mike

a turbo timer should NOT void it. THen again Mitsu is voiding warranties for just having air freshners in ur car

I would suggest getting service/warranty work at another dealer

changing your own oil could void your warranty...

You should be fine with installing a turbo timer.
