Super Excited

Well I was thinking of getting the flash ar T Trix when I was getting my cams installed. Somehow this has all changed in the past 3 days I am now getting the cams installed along with an AEM and 720cc Greddy injectors .By the way I will be eliminating the MAF. To say the least I am way excited. I had to type this and let someone know . Well with all this done all I have left is the upper IC pipes and an Intercooler itself. Beside that the next step will be a turbo kit . I will post dyno results when I get back on Saturday. Hoping for 350-365 @ wheels . I guess we will have to wait to find out.

Congrats you will love the AEM! i have a plugin for the AEMLog that will tell you your HP and Torque if you want let me know. Also i would think about maybe going a little bigger injectors i mean if you are planning on getting a turbo kit i dont know what yours goals are but with the AEM might as well get them once and be happy with them?

I talked to MArk @ T TRix about the injectors. He told me I didn't need anything bigger than that as they are running 720's on there race car. I thought about something bigger myself but was told not necessary. GUess I will see.

By the way What do you think I can Expect to run with this setup. I am thinking low 12's. I ran a 12.9 with only 234 @ the wheels @106.93. So I am guessing this will be way faster. Any thoughts? Hoping low 12's on pump maybe high 11's on race fuel. I kow I am reachin a bit but I am a pretty decent driver so I guess we will see.

Hmm well Mark would know what he is talking about for sure. But if you run the calculators for injectors you should max those out at around 475-500whp. I like to keep mine around 80% to 85% duty cycle just to be safe thats why i went with the 850cc and good for 600whp safely. But like i said it all depends on what your goal is. Either way you will love it!!!

When i had basically the same setup and you but with stock ecu i was running 12.4's at 112 on race gas. SO with the AEM you should be around low 12's high 11's i would say. Of course track conditions and elevation makes a huge difference so hard to tell. Im at sea level so we get really fast times. I cant wait to run the car now im hoping for low 10's after i get the block and head back guess we will see. Keep us updated!

Well I went to Turbo Trix yesterday. To say the least it was awesome. I had everything installed, and also ended up buying a hyperflow IC which is sick looking by the way. On the dyno I put down 342 hp / 315 tq. Turns out I had bad gas . My buddy went after me and same results, Mark couldn't get the tune where he wanted to . He asked if we both filled up at the same station and we had, so we solved the dilemma. We ran to the store and got some octane booster and my buddiers car instantly jumped 30 hp and 20 tq . Just from a little better octane. Mark is sure I have 360 in my car and 335-345 tq. I am being retuned on 9/8 before the shootout. We will be doing a race fuel map also on that day . To say the least even without an optimal tune this car pulls so hard its disgusting . I love it. I will keep you posted on my second tune. I will also try to post the graph tonight.
