I only posted about the dyno issue because you really can't compare spool-up on the street to spool-up on a dyno.

Look man im not trying to argue here. I will get the numbers for you and you can check them out. And from what i hear the Mustang dynos always read lower then the DD dynos.

The dyno numbers for the Vishnu tuned cars at Matrix were reading about 15hp higher then a similar car on Vishnu's DD dyno.

Well, just got home and under 5 hrs. To say the least the car pulls extremely hard
although I was to tired to get on it all that much, I'll save the abuse for Sat. @ California Speedway. Just wanted to thank the Vishnu Crew for all there help and taking there time in making sure everything was perfect, it was a good experience. And yes the turbo is definitly laggy but not as bad as it looks on the dyno sheet and to say the least again, I wasn't expecting this setup to make this much power, so I am very pleased with the results. Smog and IE, hopefully I'll see you guys this weekend. And just for example, before the exede this car was making 310 whp on the D&D and was good for a 12.2 @114 so I think the extra 86hp will do good....Peace

Gabe good stuff. I just pmed you and I am so glad the trip was worth it. Turbo is no longer broken as evident by your dynochart. 360 whp on Shiv's dyno is sick but 400 is crazy. Man was a lil pessimistic. 360whp can get you in the 11s but 400whp will have you there consistently. Cool stuff. Now get your boy to go up North and get his car dialed in. OUT!

For the spool-up dyno debate. What I do is look at where the turbo makes 200whp (on Shiv's 175), this tells you where the car is starting to pull. Look at the Boost Solutions red car dyno sheet and where it makes 200whp, you'll get the idea, then take a look where it makes 300whp, 400whp, etc.

The ideal combo, perhaps my combo if had the money, is the new BR500 with ball-bearing center section.

Good points on the data points, Ill keep my mouth shut on the turbo choice my ideal is a OE 3037 or OE 35 R.
