I disagree with the gap of .028 to .031, more like .025 to .028. do your plugs a favor, this is helping to foul them out. I run mine at .026

anti-sieze yes!
Also I would like to point out that your replacement plugs are not iridum like the stockers. The stock plugs are about $100 from the dealer and maybe $65 strait from Denso or NGK. I replaced mine at 28K and they looked pretty good.
Also be aware that your gap should be .032" or -8 on your part number BPR7ES for pregapped. Chances are if you did not gap those you are at .044" since when I got them for my SR20 and my old turboed B16 thats what they were with out a pregapped p/n. You need to gap them tight to to prevent the spark from breaking up at high boost and high RPM.
You sould have no problem with those plugs as long as they are at the right heat range, which I can't remeber right now.......
The reason iridums are nice is they are suppose to be better at lasting longer, giving a good spark, and resisting fouling.

i read that its ok to use , but i have not. i might try it next time when i replace the plugs, but that will depend on how hard it is to remove the used ones.

i hate to be a stiff although this should be in the how to section and the discussion should be here!

My plugs after 15k looked fine. I gapped my down to .26 and it runs fine. I did not notice any difference with these plugs vs. the stock plugs.

So which are some good plugs to get and when should you be replacing them? I've got almost 15k miles, should I replace them soon?
