Please help
Okay, here goes... All I have done is searched through all the forums for the last day and I cannot solve my problems. The other day I installed a JDM MR DV on my 04. It was working fine to my knowledge. Yesterday I got my Hallman Pro RX and followed the instructions several member posted on here on how to install it. I took my car for a test drive and I'm maxing out at 11PSI. Turn the boost way up and still 11PSI. I know I'm not the first to have this problem, and my question is; what did everyone do to solve this problem? I used a new vac line from my WG to the hallman side port. I tapped (with the supplied T) the BOV line right above my MR DV and connected the T to the hallman bottom port.
Do I need to re-use the stock lines with the restrictor pills in them for my BC to work? Or are they only used for stock setup? I am about to try to connect the bottom port of the hallman to the Turbo nipple like most said is better. Will this solve my problem? Oh yeah and I already have the heavy spring in the hallman. All of my connections are capped and clamped properly. I'm about ready to go back to stock and forget the BC. Please somebody help me.

I dont have the Hallman, but I know if you Max out at 11 psi, it has to do with the restrictor pills, either they have to be in, or removed. sorry I cant help more, but I'm sure it has to do with the restrictor pill. There is a pill in the "T", and one under the air box. a total of 2.

I just got finished installing it the turbo nipple way, we'll see how that works. No restrictor pills in it. I just don't think it's going to work. We'll see.

It actually works! One key point I may have overlooked the first time was to make sure you are patient when adjusting your MBC. It took me about 5 pulls before I noticed any increase above 11psi. On the way home though, the BOV line from the manifold came off because I forgot to clamp it. This didn't hurt anything right? It wouldn't let me boost past 10psi after it came off. Maybe some slight compresser surge, but I hope nothing bad.
