how to adjust camber plates?

Maybe a dumb question, but how does one adjust camber plates holding the front coilovers? I have Zeal function xs installed and looking to increase my front cambers from -0.5 degree.

Is it simple matter of loosening hex bolts and slide the whole unit inwards for negative camber? If so how much, or how many increments for say additional -1 degree? And does it require much force to slide them?

I then plan to take it back for alignment. The tech only said stock evo front cambers are fixed...

thanks!

You loosen the 4 hex nuts and then tap it with a rubber head hammer (it should not require much force). Remember, however, that when you change camber settings your toe will change as well.
