HKS timer use

I have my HKS turbo timer on my '03 Evo. Unfortunately, it did not have the instructions . I bought the Evo used. Can any body tell me how to work the timer? I kind'a figured the time1/2 and how to adjust the set time but somebody told me that you can set it where in which it will automatically set the time depending on how much the turbo have been used. Any help would be good. And if it even can give me boost readings.

push the "S" button until you see a small "a" on the timer which stands for auto.

I use that function. it's great. leaves the car running longer if I run it harder or just a little if not driving it very hard. I agree, just press the lower left button while you are on the timer function until the A appears.

Thanks for all the info. It's just a little hard to reply right away coz of the different time zones.

Ok, so I tried it just now and what is showing on the timer is as follows:
1. "tm", and below it is the "a" on the left
2. "sec" on the right hand side
I haven't driven the car yet but I'll find out as soon as I leave for home.
