Header Bolts!?

How the heck do you take these header bolts off without F**king up your hands with a 12mm wrench? the bolts on the bottom are no sweat but the one on top are a b*tch! can anyone please tell me what tools they used to take this header off?

Interlock the wrench with another wrench to make it longer to give you extra leverage. Or put a pipe on the end of of the wrench for the same effect.
