turboxs knocklight help

i just intalled the knocklight, i know i got the tach wire correct, but i'm not seeing any knock, even on the highest sensitivity....if anyone knows what wire to tap, it would be very helpful...btw, i tapped the fat white wire on the far left of the ecu, theres some silver tape from the factory on the wire...thanks in advance for any help
also, i know that it might not be showing any knock because there is none...but i just want to make sure i got the right wire

The guys at turbo xs recomended leaving the stock knock monitoring system as is and purchace another sensor (bosch $90) and screw it to any of the availble places on the block.

Have someone close the hood and see if the light flashes, also do a third gear pull throughout the rpms.

Whatever you do don't put bad gas in there and/or up the boost to see if the lite works JK, but just in case - dont

well...i have it hooked up right now to the stock sensor tapped off the ecu...btw, the ecu diagrams are extremely confusing...i suggest you count the pins on the chart and on the ecu twice before striping back any of the insulation, its the only way to get it right...the lights working properly...i find it to be extremely sensitive, i still have some adjusting to do to get it right...but as a shift light, it works well, and is nice and small, and you don't need to add a big *** tach in your car...i'll post up after i get the bosch sensor...and if anyone wants to know the wire colors for the tach and knock, let me know...

i mounted it on the the steering column...the velcro they give you doesn't hold it at all, so i drilled tiny holes to tie strap it in place...i'll post up pics soon...

i bought the bosch knock sensor, just call turbo xs and you can buy it directly from them with the pigtail harness.
